D2.1 - includes procedural steps to be put into practice to assure the implementation of the framework and monitoring tool
D2.2 – The mutual learning workshops are dedicated to training the National Operators to understand the objectives of the monitoring exercise, pre-fill the questionnaire, validate the collected data and content, and use the online platform for feedback collection.
D2.3 – An online platform dedicated to collecting feedback related to fundamental values and being of help for the monitoring phase will be created.
The platform will be used by the national operators and will remain open for two weeks at the end of the data collection phase. Any members of the academic communities from that system (students or staff) and any higher education professional working in the respective system (such as in professional associations, quality assurance agencies, etc.) will have the possibility to fill out the de facto section of the survey using this platform.
D2.4 – The Bologna Process Fundamental Values monitoring report is the central deliverable of the project and the proof of the monitoring exercise/process of fundamental values across EHEA.

- PLA 6: Monitoring fundamental values in EHEA (Belgium)
The PLAs will be held in conjunction with the WG meetings on fundamental values to support the WG meetings and be able to collect feedback and suggestions to and from the participants. The task aims to accelerate the policy dialogue on fundamental values, peer-to-peer learning, and knowledge transfer between Romania, Malta, and other countries through the involvement of experts from BFUG Fundamental Values WG, AB, and associated partner.
D3.2 – The aim of the workshops is to promote fundamental values and raise awareness among the EHEA stakeholders on fundamental values and the monitoring process.
D3.3 – The conference goal is to promote fundamental values and project deliverables such as the ongoing monitoring process of FV in EHEA. The conference will involve representatives from international institutions, a diverse range of stakeholders (student representatives, staff, policy experts, relevant organizations, and public institutions), and consultative members of the EHEA, and EUA representatives will be invited.

D4.1 – In the early stages of the project a communication and dissemination strategy will be developed. It will be implemented during the project and also for the sustainability goals.
D4.2 – At the end of the project a final conference will be organized to which international institutions, stakeholders, and consultative members of the EHEA will be invited.
D4.3 – The project aims to develop promotional materials that aim to promote fundamental values among various stakeholders such as students, teachers, policymakers, and public authorities. These promotional materials will be promoted online and during the project events (workshops, conference).
